Playing at Zenden's house

Evan and I went to my friend Blanca's house last weekend for Brunch with several mutual friends. Evan was absolutely excited to see all of the kids and had a great time playing. He is really into kicking soccer balls...and basically kicking anything that can be kicked. We had multiple discussions in the car about being nice....that means No Kicking, Biting or Hitting. We left her house without breaking anything or hurting anyone, so it was a relief to say the least!

Taylor's 17th Birthday

Taylor turned 17 on Jan. 5th. He is a Sophomore at Campus High School and works at Dillon's grocery store after school and on the weekends. He is a HUGE Texas fan and likes to joke around a lot.

Meeting Santa Claus

The first picture was taken at home with Taylor and Aidan to practice smiling for the camera just before we went to see Santa Claus at the mall. After waiting in line for an hour, Evan wasn't too keen on sitting on Santa's lap. He screamed for "MAMA" the entire time. Aidan threw us for a loop and asked Santa for only two things....which we didn't know he wanted. So, Santa didn't bring him what he asked for this year, but he got some cool stuff anyways.

Jeane and Rob visit

Our good friends, Jeane and Rob along with their boys Nolan and Bennett, came over during the holidays. Nolan is 3 years old and little Bennett is 7-months. Too cute!

Christmas 2008

Evan saw the UPS man drop off his Santa present before Christmas and was super excited to see the four-wheeler on the box. I think he spent more time looking at the box than he has riding the actual four-wheeler! After about 10 minutes of inspection, he was finished and went back to the same old daily routine...finding and attacking our dog.

First Snow!

First snow day of the year!! Needless to say, I wasn't completely prepared for dressing Evan in snow attire, so disregard the mismatched outfit.
